| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The scope of supply is the heat pump unit of around 8 – 10 MWth water to water heat pump for district heat production. The scope of supply contains all the necessary auxiliary equipment with piping and cabling (cabling from terminal boxes to control panels) of heat pump unit excluding the main pipe work, civil works and power supply, but including commissioning and the test run completed (both approved by the Purchaser) and ready for commercial operation at the Purchaser’s site. Heat pump unit and all its materials and components shall be proven technic. All necessary dimensions, load and process information for designing the civil constructions and foundations is included to the scope of Supply. The heat pump unit is to be installed on a steel base frames provided with motor, compressor and heat exchangers (evaporator, condenser, auxiliary cooling) etc. to form a complete and well operating heat pump unit. The system shall be designed to minimize loss of refrigerant. Welded fittings are in preference to flanged connections when possible. The process delivery of the plant with auxiliary systems shall include at least but not limited to the following equipment, their installation, commissioning and testing: - heat pump unit with complete connections with all necessary materials (bolts, nuts etc) and works of fixings, erections and installations (assembly of unit, painting and thermal insulation) - refrigerant system with all needed auxiliary equipment and piping - lube oil system for required lubrication, with all needed auxiliary equipment and piping - cooling water system, with all needed auxiliary equipment and piping - all pipe work of the unit inside the delivery limits - complete protection system for heat pump unit - control, indication and measurement equipment with instrumentation and supervision system with all necessary functions, auxiliaries and accessories - motor line equipment including necessary cubicles and terminal boxes with all necessary auxiliaries and accessories - protective line side surge arrester and capacitors with all necessary auxiliaries and accessories - all cabling inside the scope of supply of the Supplier’s equipment - complete design of the process, design documents, instructions, operating and maintenance manuals etc in the scope of supply are included in the delivery - spare parts according to Supplier’s recommendation for operation of two (2) years (to be listed with unit prices with the tender by the Supplier) - all necessary special tools needed for installation, erection, maintenance etc of equipment and systems shall be included in the delivery (separate list shall be submitted with the tender by the Supplier) - factory tests and site tests of supplied equipment (separate list shall be submitted with the tender by the Supplier) - commissioning and test run (to be approved by the Purchaser) - training of the Purchaser’s operating and maintenance staff. |
