| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Preliminary scope: Business Finland is to implement a tool for managing and executing online/on-site events and delegations for global use. The tool for managing and executing online/on-site events and delegations would aim to support Finnish and international companies in establishing and in maintaining close Business connection. The tool should enable at least the following: - Registration: An online registration form/system where the clients can register to a delegation / event - Collecting information: Online form/platform for collecting additional information from the participants in different stages of the preparations - Online platform containing following functionalities: Main presentation forum, breakout rooms for side-events/group discussions, matchmaking scheduler, one-to-one -meetings and online display booths - Reporting and dashboards: E.g. company profile data, meeting activity data, post event summary - Technical support: Online support during events - CRM integration: At least for certain registration information (Microsoft Dynamics) - Language: English in the first phase, additional languages may be needed - Possibility for integrating simultaneous interpretation functionality in main presentation forum and breakout rooms - Possibility to use registration part and matchmaking scheduler as standalone versions for on-site meetings/delegations. According to current plans we would be looking for a SaaS solution. Targeted launch of the tool would be Q1/2021, so the service provider should preferably have the solution available. Please note!
