"- Registration: An online registration form\/system where the clients can register to a delegation \/ event",
"- Collecting information: Online form\/platform for collecting additional information from the participants in different stages of the preparations",
"- Online platform containing following functionalities: Main presentation forum, breakout rooms for side-events\/group discussions, matchmaking scheduler, one-to-one -meetings and online display booths",
"- Reporting and dashboards: E.g. company profile data, meeting activity data, post event summary",
"- Technical support: Online support during events",
"- CRM integration: At least for certain registration information (Microsoft Dynamics)",
"- Language: English in the first phase, additional languages may be needed",
"- Possibility for integrating simultaneous interpretation functionality in main presentation forum and breakout rooms",
