| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | For the period of Finnish EU-presidency Permanent Representation of Finland to the European Union is looking for two drivers for the period of 1 April to 31 December 2019. Weekly working time 40 hours per week, a daily 8-hour business day is usually scheduled to evening, but continuous workday can focus from 7 am to 12 pm (morning, evening or night). If possible, we hope for flexible working hours, where within a week the length of days can vary (according to the maximum number of hours, days allowed by law). In addition to personnel transport tasks ( possibility for transport duties to the neighboring countries ), work can include cargo transportation, courier services and meeting room furnishings. The service in question applies only to drivers/chauffeurs contributions only, not a driver with a vehicle. Driving is done with Finnish government official cars. Delegation is responsible for co-ordination and planning. We are looking for two drivers with English language skills. French is not required but is a benefit. In case of sick or vacation days, the service provider shall provide a replacement driver who is familiar with the required driving/ other duties. Must also be able to read and write simple messages in English. The drivers shall have previous experience of similar work and good regional knowledge of Brussels and vicinity (neighboring countries). Drivers must be trustworthy and service-minded. Drivers shall have a working permit, a B license, a clean/pure criminal record and should not be convicted of any crimes and a permit issued by the Council Secretariat for drivers. Safety and first aid training is a benefit. |
