Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus	The following describes on general level the planned scope of this procurement regarding aerial survey and analysis of survey data. The aerial survey shall be done for around 9300 route km of transmission lines (corresponding 129 000 ha). The voltage levels of transmission lines vary from 110 kV to 400 kV. Number of towers along lines to be surveyed is around 42200. The documentation of towers, lines, vegetation and surroundings shall be based on aerial images and Lidar. The delivery shall include orthophotos, inspection images of structures and conductors, general photos of right-of-way and Lidar data classified based on the different objects and land use (eg. ground, forest, fields, buildings, manmade objects, roads, crossing objects). Different kind of analyses based on survey data shall be carried out and results shall be delivered. The analyses both on actual (at the time of flight) and simulated 70 C degrees conductor temperatures are needed. The analyses include • analysis of falling trees • analysis of too high trees on right-of-way area • analysis of clearances to different objects on transmission line area • calculations of volumes and different statistical numbers based on the above analyses The delivery shall include a software/application (including all licenses and support) where user can view the survey data (orthophotos, inspection images and Lidar data) in order to do the inspection of transmission line, measure dimensions and distances, view cross-sections and profiles of line, execute the above-mentioned analyses and view the results of analyses. There are two types of users: • basic users, who view the images, Lidar data and analysis results • advanced users, who view the images, Lidar data and analysis results, and execute different kind of analyses. Basic users are both internal and service provider users. Advanced users are internal users. Different user groups can have different software/application solution, but the data shall be common for all users. The aerial survey, analyses of survey results and delivery of data and results shall be carried out during years 2019 and 2020. The survey can be done using helicopter or drone or combination of both. The Finnish legislation and requirements for drones should be taken into account regarding the project schedule.
