| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The target of the procurement is to organize a benchmarking visit to Japan for manufacturing companies operating in North Karelia (from Technology, machine and machine building industry). The schedule for a visit is in the autumn of 2019. The target of benchmarking visit is digitalisation and a Lean production. Approximately 15 - 25 people are estimated to participate into the visit. The duration of the visit is from three to four weekday excluding travelling days. The bid must include: itinerary (describer more detailly later), booking services (tour, accommodation, company visits in Japan, etc.) and all cost of the trip (including meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner), travel expenses from Joensuu to Japan and vice versa and trips inside Japan) and a guide / tour leader service (at least English – Japanese) expenses during a trip in Japan. Shortly, the procurement includes the production of travel services, including planning and booking services, and the total cost of the trip. The arrangements are part of the “Osaajat Osaa 2020” and “Digikarjalasta kajahtaa” projects, which main targets are production development in manufacturing industries. The project is implemented by Business Joensuu Ltd. The offer is intended to be legally binding and must be in Finnish or in English. The buyer is Business Joensuu Ltd. |
