Hankinnan lyhyt kuvausThe purpose of the marketing campaign to be acquired is to increase the number of German tourists from Frankfurt area travelling and flying on Lufthansa flights to the project area during winter 2022-2023. The marketing is to be done innovatively using online and offline channels. The campaign area consists of 4 individual destinations: Ruka-Kuusamo, Salla, Syöte and Taivalkoski. THE OBJECTIVITIES OF THE CAMPAIGN ARE: 1. Marketing of Lufthansa winter flights from Frankfurt to Kuusamo. (The flights will start flying at the earliest 5.11.2022) 2. Promote Ruka-Kuusamo, Salla, Syöte and Taivalkoski for potential German travelers in Frankfurt area TECHNICAL OBJECTIVES OF THE MAIN CAMPAIGN: The Lapland winter campaign: - it is requested that the campaign will be targeted to potential target group travelling on Lufthansa flights to Kuusamo airport during winter 2022-2023. - examples of the topics: winter wonderland with winter activities (reindeer, husky, snowshoeing etc.) - target group(s): families, couples. Please determine more accurate target group. - Campaign period: The campaign should end latest on end of December 2022. Please, deliver us the campaign timetable. - it is requested that digital marketing will be used in the campaign - it is requested that campaign will include a landing page - it is requested that radio will be used in the campaign - other possible solutions for successful campaign implementation - sample campaign report - Deliver us a campaign plan that includes a campaign idea, description of the online and offline marketing actions, assumed reach, description of the target group(s) and timetable. OPTIONAL PRE-CAMPAIGN START: Early winter season (This is additional procurement/option) - examples of the topics: the northern lights, first snow, reindeer, well-being, sauna, wildfood - target group(s): please determine more specified target group. - Campaign period: Please, deliver us the campaign timetable. - The cost estimate must be informed separately from the offer. Please, read more information from the part "Description of additional procurement opportunities“. The objective of the tendering procedure is to find one most economically advantageous operator. The Buyer reserves the right not to select any operator, if suitable candidates are not found. The term of the contract begins with the signing of the contract and is valid until the contractual obligations have been fulfilled (latest on end of December 2022).
