Hankinnan lyhyt kuvausBusiness Finland is looking for a service provider (Program Partner) to manage and coordinate Waste to Value activities and develop its companies business activities in selected markets. Service provider (Program Partner) delivers program activities that aim to bring short-term results and business for companies in selected international markets. The service provider (Program Partner) will nominate one (1) part-time (approx. 80% of annual work load) person for Waste to Value. Person nominated by the service provider is responsible of coordinating program activities related to program’s focus markets e.g. Canada, Mexico, Chile, Spain, Vietnam, and bring to new ecosystem opportunities and helping Finnish companies to create new business ecosystem level co-operation in following markets in particular: Canada, Chile and Spain. In addition the service provider will nominate another (1) part-time (approx. 20% of annual work load) person to support with market activities in selected markets. The target of Waste to Value is to help Finnish enterprises to succeed in the target markets by creating new co-operation. Currently, there are around 45 Finnish companies participating in the programs’ (Smart Energy, Bio and Circular Finland) market activities. Based on business segments, smaller groups of companies are formed from the earlier mentioned 45 companies to create business ecosystems in selected focus markets (e.g. holistic solutions). Program Partner’s role is also to identify and activate additional companies in coordination with Business Finland’s advisors, account managers, and program managers. Program Partner’s work is carried out in close co-operation with Business Finland’s advisors, account managers, Invest in Finland –team, Global Network as well as program teams (Smart Energy Finland, Bio and Circular Finland). The work is managed by program manager of Smart Energy Finland. Program Partner reports to program manager of Smart Energy Finland. Companies can jointly provide the whole value chain ranging from raw materials collection, logistics and processing to needed end-products like energy, biofuels and other circular economy products. Member companies also include technical service providers and consultants. There are also companies providing solutions and services for smart grids. Procurement is concluded with fixed price method. Services are procured during a 12 month period, starting from the contract date. Business Finland reserves a right to use an option of an additional 12 months after the original contract period. ____________________________________________________________________________ The service provider (Program Partner) for Waste to Value will provide the following services: a) Detailed planning for annual activities and companies’ ecosystem development activities in selected markets together with Business Finland’s Global Network in target markets, advisors in Finland and program managers. Program Partner brings to the planning deep substance knowledge. b) Management and coordination of all planned market and ecosystem development activities in coordination with Business Finland’s Global Network in target markets, advisors in Finland and program managers. c) Actively looking for synergies between Business Finland programs to implement joint activities in selected markets. d) Identifying and developing opportunity and ecosystem pipeline for the Finnish companies in selected markets in close co-operation with Business Finland’s Global Network. e) Identifying and building Finnish offering and matching it to the local ecosystems in the target markets by co-working with relevant Business Finland teams. f) Frequent communication and engagement with companies. Set targets and prepare each company to market and ecosystem activities. This is done in a close co-operation with Business Finland’s advisors, account managers and program managers. g) Update and fine-tune Finnish joint offering. h) Market activity coordination between Programs (Smart Energy, Bio and Circular Finland), Invest in Finland, local Team Finland Teams including Business Finland Global Network, local market consultants and other stakeholders. i) When applicable participating in market activities e.g. roadshow in target market and presenting the Finnish offering to right decision-makers and stakeholders. Sometimes this responsibility is carried out by Business Finland Global Network or the local consultants. j) Program Partner supports Business Delegations to target markets by in-depth sectoral expertise and sparring. k) Systematic market activity follow-up of Waste to Value activities in target markets and sharing that information with Business Finland’s Global Network, Invest in Finland, advisors in Finland, account managers and program managers.
