| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The Client is procuring a social media management, analytics and listening platform. This means a web-based social media management platform, which allows the management of several social media profiles simultaneously with a single login, social inbox for the handling of incoming messages, comments and mentions, monitoring the performance of one's own social media communications based on the analytics obtained from social media services, listening to online conversations and monitoring and analysing social media content based on customised queries and alerts that can be set up in the platform. It must be possible to customise the management platform flexibly to the client's needs and provide opportunities for utilising the service, for example through interfaces. The scope of the service includes access rights for 6 users, 6 social media accounts connected to the management platform. The number of accounts and access rights may change during the contract period. In addition, the supplier must commit to providing support, maintenance services and training. The Client has an option to procure 5 hours of training per year. |
