| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | FCA is a Finnish non-governmental organisation based in Helsinki. We are a member of ACT Alliance, and certified against the Core Humanitarian Standard on Quality and Accountability. FCA has country programmes (11) in Cambodia, Central African Republic, Jordan, Kenya, Myanmar, Nepal, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Uganda, and Ukraine, and presence in Washington D.C., US. FCA collaborates in its countries of operation with religious and traditional actors, national and local government authorities, private sector, UN organisations and other platforms. Suspected misconduct incidents reported in FCA are primarily investigated by external investigators. FCA is now looking for professional Service Providers specialised in workplace investigations associated with sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (SEAH), safeguarding, and other staff misconduct excluding financial misconduct. We aim at entering into a frame agreement with two (2) Service Providers to ensure FCA’s ability to address misconduct incidents in all countries of operation. Outsourcing investigations is necessary for FCA to ensure independence and impartiality of misconduct investigations, availability of investigators with appropriate expertise and knowledge of each context in concern, as well as timeliness of investigations. Objectives of the service are: - To ensure FCA’s ability to investigate suspected misconduct incidents in a timely and professional manner in all countries of operation, and - In cases of individual investigations, to provide FCA with recommendations and advice regarding improvements in safeguarding procedures and practices. |
