| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The Finnish Parliament’s public procurement of social media management, analytics and listening platform will be put out to tender in August. Parliament is tendering a web-based social media management, analytics and listening platform, which allows the management of several social media profiles simultaneously with a single login, social inbox for the handling of incoming messages, mentions and comments, monitoring of the performance of one’s own social media communications based on the analytics obtained from social media services, listening to online conversations and monitoring and analysing social media content based on customised queries and alerts that can be set up in the platform. We welcome service providers to a market dialogue where they can comment the documents related to the tender. We request service providers to provide us comments on the following questions: Are there conditions or criteria in the tender that prevent you from submitting an offer? Are there conditions or criteria in the tender that have significant implications on the price at which you can offer the service? Please, express your interest in taking part in the market dialogue by sending an email to [email protected] and [email protected]. The market dialogue will start at the latest on 15 August. |
