| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The procurement is subject to the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1397/2016). The procurement will be implemented through the open procedure exceeding the Finnish national limit value. Mandatory requirements for the energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) spectrometer are described in this tender request document and in detail in section: procurement object criteria, point C. An essential part of the tender request includes the analysis of the test sample by the tenderer. Return of the results in connection with the tender. More info of this in section: procurement object criteria, point M. The spectrometer to be acquired is a one-time purchase. The spectrometer must be delivered and installed in working order by 31.10.2023. Operational training for FMI personnel must be arranged during 11/2023 in FMI premises in Helsinki. The contracting authority does not accept partial delivery. |
