Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus	The Defence Forces Logistics Command requests for quotations for Portable training RPAS. Quantity 300 - 600 pcs quadrocopter for training, MTOW 2 kg. The deliveries should start in 2022. Critical requirements that can not be negotiated are listed in Appendix 1. Preliminary decision of the awarded tenderer and product will be made using documentation and unit price provided by the Tenderers. Before the purchase decision, FDF will ensure by testing that the offered product conform to requirements. The tenderer shall submit two sample products and detailed technical documentation to FDF for the verifying testing. The conformity with the requirements will be verified from technical documentation, visually, by measuring and / or by testing the sample products. Testing will be made only to the product that has the best price-quality ration provided by the Tenderers documentation. If the sample product does not meet the critical criteria, the next best product will be requested for the testing. The offered Portable training RPAS be delivered to FDF within one week of the request.
