| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | GTK is looking for potential tenderer's with the ability to deliver Scanning Electron Microscope with Automated Mineralogy Software (SEM with AM). GTK has set the following requirements for SEM with AM. Requirements (must have): 1) SEM should have a big enough chamber for fitting at least 10 (ten) 30mm specimens at a time. 2) The service provider for both SEM and AM SW should be the same. As well, the service provider should have different service programs for offer, in one of which the reaction to an appeared problem should not exceed 48 hours since written notice. 3) The standard measurement of the whole surface of one 30 mm specimen for robust evaluations of such processing parameters as modal mineralogy, grain size distribution, liberation and association of commodity minerals of typical low grade sulfide ore feed sample should not exceed 3 hours. 4) The system should use the BSE image as the basis for minerals delineation with followed by spectra placement and collection. 5) The SEM stability (current, brightness, contrast and so on) should be high enough to provide one week of non-stop measurement without changing those parameters by more than 0.5%. 6) The brightness of single frame on 150X magnification should be even – maximum brightness distortion on opposite frame corners should not exceed 0.5%. 7) The system should be equipped with EDS hardware and software for elemental analyses of phases. 8) The system should have the opportunity to manual changing the mineral and particle segmentation (delineation) parameters while after-measurement data processing. 9) The system should have a user-friendly interface for manual minerals re-assignment (re-naming) and de-agglomeration (splitting) while after-measurement data processing. 10) The systems maintenance and troubleshooting as well as repairment 11) The system software updates should not be a matter of extra price for at least 10 years after its acquirement. Requirements (good to have): 1) The system should have the opportunity to collect the spectra not only from the point, but from segment (grain) area as well while the measurement process. 2) The system should have the opportunity to automatically adjust SEM stability parameters (current, brightness, contrast and so on) every hour of non-stop measurement, which last for more than 1 hour.
