| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The coordinators tasks include the following: Represent the consortium towards Business Finland (3 times/year) Planning of communications and implementation which include: • Preparation of the communication plan • Implementation of the agreed comms actions including project presentation and creation and use of Social Media channels Organize meetings and events, which include: • Project meetings • 4 steering board meetings, planning, participation, work after the meeting. At least 1 onsite in 2022 and others by teams depending on the budget • 1 Annual seminar (teams) • 1 Final seminar Put together final reports (electronically) • Planning and coordination of the content, lay-out, language correction, graphics One short public and one more specified to the consortium Options: • Facilitate a portal for outside communication (webpages) • Organize 12 WP leaders’ meetings, planning, participation, work after the meeting. SUSBINCO is a two year Business Finland funded project which started in September 2021 and will end on the 30th of November 2023 or with a possible extension 6 months later. The total budget for the SUSBINCO project is about 10 Million euros. Research parties: Itä-Suomen yliopisto, Oulun yliopisto, Tampereen yliopisto, Lappeenrannan-Lahden teknillinen yliopisto, Teknologian tutkimuskeskus VTT Oy, Luonnonvarakeskus (LUKE) Business parties: Brightplus Oy, CH-Bioforce Oy, CH-Polymers Oy, KiiltoClean Oy, MetGen Oy, Metsä Board Oyj, Mirka Oy, Montinutra Oy, Teknos Oy, UPM-Kymmene Oyj, Valmet Oyj, The Tender shall include the total price (€) of the project coordination services without meeting costs (venue and foodservice) as well as an estimate of two different meeting costs.
