| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Helsinki Partners is a city marketing, investment and talent attraction company owned by the City of Helsinki. Our mission is to promote the city’s sustainable growth and build Helsinki’s global reputation and brand. We do this by attracting international investments, businesses, talents, and visitors, and conducting international sales and marketing. This request for information has been targeted to system and service providers which can offer CRM sales, marketing and other necessary licenses, CRM system set-up project, necessary integrations, migration from current systems and support, maintenance, and development functions. Helsinki Partners has already carried through an open market discussion process during May – August 2021. During the process and based on the gathered information, it was decided that more detailed view is needed from Hubspot and Microsoft Dynamics. Before opening the call for tenders, Helsinki Partners wants to set some more questions to potential system and service providers in an open market discussion. Especially Helsinki Partners wants to find out the total purchasing and maintaining costs of the solution to be purchased. The market discussion is not a part of the call for tenders' process. Helsinki Partners will be using the information that is to be gathered during the market discussion for the preparation of the call for tenders. Helsinki Partners is requesting all interested parties to send participation request by 1.12.2021 (12 PM) to the following email address: [email protected]. The email subject must be marked “Market Discussion Participation”. The participants will receive this letter, attachments mentioned in this letter and a list of questions and background material from the same email address. The answers i.e., the filled-out forms and attachments should be sent to the same email address by 10.12.2021 (12 PM). |
