| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Jems developed by Interact enables monitoring of projects and programme implementation as well as electronic exchange of data between programme bodies and beneficiaries. Jems is provided free of charge to all interested programmes and can be adapted to programme needs. Jems is developed using an agile process and is work in progress. Full list of functionality cannot therefore be given. The Managing Authority (MA) has an in-house IT function. A need for external expertise to add to the resources of the internal IT function has been identified. The internal IT will give specific tasks to the service provider as requests. The nature of the requests include troubleshooting specific issues, identifying bugs, fixing bugs, small developments, etc. |
