| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Funidata is acquiring a Public Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS with PaaS elements) to respond the increasing requirements of Service Environment. Services to be acquired will be used for delivering different SaaS-services for the Funidata Customers at Higher Education sector. All minimum (mandatory) requirements of this procurement has been described in this Invitation to Tender and its appendices. Common minimum and technical requirements are stated in the appendix 3 Funidata Public Cloud Requirements. Documents of the procurement are available in English. The Contracting Authority selects one (1) supplier and concludes a contract with that supplier. The supplier may also be a consortium or a group of tenderers. The procurement will take place in compliance with the Finnish Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1397/2016). The procurement exceeds the EU threshold. The contract will be awarded as an open procedure, that is stipulated by paragraphs 32 of Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts. The Contracting Authority may wholly or partially interrupt the procurement procedure for legitimate and justifiable reason (Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts, section 125). Partial tenders are not acceptable. The service is a single uniform throughput and therefore partial tenders cannot be accepted - splitting it into parts is neither appropriate nor possible. Tender variants are not acceptable. No compensation will be payed to companies for preparation a tender, presentation or otherwise taking part in the procedure. The tender must be in accordance with the content of the invitation to tender and its appendices and contain all requested information. Tenderers may not include any terms and conditions of their own in the tender. The contracting authority is obliged to exclude a tender which is not compliant with the form of the invitation to tender or is contrary to the invitation to tender and not comparable. The contracting authority reserves the right to revise at the tender submission stage the validity of the documents proving that tenderer’s suitability and eligibility criteria are met. The tender and the requested attachments and reports must be drawn up in English. The signing of the contract is estimated to be beginning of 2020 (estimation 1.3.2020). |
