Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus	Finnish Functional Genomics Centre (FFGC), a member of the Biocenter Finland genome-wide methods infrastructure network, supports high level research in Finland by providing open-access research services with the state-of-the-art technologies for genome research. FFGC operates in Biocity Turku at the Turku Centre for Biotechnology, which is a shared department of the University of Turku and Åbo Akademi University.In order to continue the research services, FFGC must update the existing HiSeq 3000 Next-Generation Sequencer, purchased in May 2015, to the newest instrument version NovaSeq 6000. The existing HiSeq 3000 instrument has become out-of-the date and has entered the end-of-life process in April 2018.
