| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The object of the procurement is two salinometers delivered to the Viikki laboratory of the Finnish Environment Institute's research infrastructure, marine research laboratory, as well as training in the use of the equipment. The tender shall provide comprehensive technical specifications of the equipment. The tender must also include the warranty period of the equipment (minimum 24 months). The equipment will be acquired for analyzing the salinity of brackish water samples and they must also be suitable for analysis of seawater samples. The equipment must be suitable for use onboard a research vessel. The sample feed to the analyser shall be by means of a peristaltic pump and the equipment shall be connected to a computer at a later date (optional). The maintenance contract purchased as an option must include preventive annual maintenance and softwareupdates within 24 months. The price of the maintenance contract must include all possible costs. If maintenance is carried out at the premises of the Finnish Environment Institute, the price of maintenance must also include the employee's salary, daily allowances and travel and accommodation costs. If the equipment is serviced at the supplier's premises, the price shall include the cost of sending the equipment to the supplier. Tenders mustbe submitted in Finnish or English. Prices must be indicated in the offer excluding VAT. Part bids and alternative offers are not allowed. |
