| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The Tenderer is requested to submit a tender for a fully operational XTALIM system. The system should (not restricted to) carry out automated, robust imaging of at least 36 standard 96-well sitting-drop crystallization plates (e.g. SPT Laptech iQ Plates). The instrument will be installed in the Biocity building, 3rd floor, by the Tender in Tykistökatu 6 A, FI-20520 Turku, within the Structural Bioinformatics Laboratory, Faculty of Science and Engineening, Biochemistry, Åbo Akademi University. The physical size and weight should be such that the instrument can be placed on a standard laboratory floor. The instrument should be functional at ambient temperature varying from 20°C to 25°C. Excluding maintenance breaks, the XTALIM system should be measurement ready continuously, throughout the year. |
