| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | This is Request for information for Mobility management system. With this RFI Aalto University is seeking information on suppliers interested in delivering the services described. Aalto University is seeking a tool for International Relation Officers to manage every day needs of managing international mobilities and relations. The Aalto University seeks a system that manages both incoming and outgoing mobility for students and staff. Current mobility volumes are approximately 1000 incoming and 1000 outgoing mobilities per annum. We also have international internships, staff mobilities and short term mobilities. REQUIREMENT FOR MOBILITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM The system will support the university to efficiently handle agreements with partner universities, international mobility and grant managements. Our list of desired features: • Servers hosted within EU/EEA • Must be GDPR compliant • API support for reading/writing data from the system. • Support for SSO • Full EWP compatibility • IIA (Inter-institutional Agreements) • OLA (Online Learning Agreement) • ToR (Transcript of Records) • Nominations • Future EWP features and processes • Erasmus+ -grant calculation in bulk • Erasmus+ Beneficiary Module compatibility and exporting files needed for reporting • A built-in, up-to-date list of HEIs • Relation management features • Stay wish management, selected stay wishes consume seats from relations • Possibility to customize application forms flexibly to fit our specific needs • Forms must be able to update existing back office -data • Possibility for sending bulk emails from the system, with merge fields and attachments • Support for user defined automated processes (nice to have?) |
