Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus	The scope of works is the turn-key delivery for the electrification of the AWHP plant within the scope of supply and delivery limits specified in the Appendices. More detailed scope of the Works, Delivery Limits and other optional works are discussed in Appendix 3 and its sub-appendices. Site is located at the address Karaportti 02610 Espoo, Finland, The delivery shall include complete design, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality control, seaworthy packaging, transportation and forwarding to the site, erection and installation of equipment, supervision of the works, tuning, commissioning, trial run and training of the Purchaser’s operating and maintenance personnel, completion of the Works (including options) and Taking Over complete with components and auxiliaries to the extent provided by this Invitation to Tender and its appendices. The delivery of equipment, systems, materials and works within the delivery limits shall be complete. Any such item not shown in the drawings or the technical specifications, but which are essential to complete, safe and economic operation of the Works shall be included in the delivery and covered by the total price.
