| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The purpose of this market consultation is to receive feedback from interested parties on the intended scope of the procurement, life cycle costs, data protection, estimated prices and the procurement timetable for potential suppliers and their capabilities so that the potential procurement can be implemented as efficiently as possible. The Contracting Authority plans, in the event of the possible procurement, to sign a contract with one prime contractor responsible for the supply of the system and its maintenance as a whole. This request is not a contract notice or a Request for Quotation initiating a procurement process. This Request should not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Contracting Authority to implement any procurement, and the decision on initiating a potential procurement process is made after the market consultation. All procurement documents provided are drafts. All requirements are tentative based on preliminary capability requirements, which at this point are categorized as mandatory or optional. If the company considers that any part of the tender contains information that is confidential under the Act on the Openness of Government Activities, such as trade secrets, the company must disclose this information in a separate appendix. The appendix must be named so that the name of the appendix begins with the word “CONFIDENTIAL”. In addition, the proposed trade secrets in that appendix should be underlined, marked with the word “CONFIDENTIAL” or otherwise clearly highlighted and distinguished from the rest of the text. The contracting authority reserves the right to invite or not to invite suppliers for further market dialogue. The contracting authority will not pay for any work related to this request for information or to the potential market dialogue. |
