| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | PURPOSE OF THE MARKET DIALOGUE We have the following key objectives for the market dialogue: - Finding out the degree of interest of suppliers in supplying test equipment for Sm5 trains and willingness to participate in the competitive tendering possibly arranged after the market dialogue - Obtaining additional information for the needs of rolling stock related work performed within Digirail and rolling stock owners involved in their preparations for the procurement of ETCS equipment - Raising the awareness of suppliers about the rolling stock related issues of Digirail project For this, we have provided some additional material on the topics that are of particular interest to us, along with questions where we would like your views and opinions. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION Junakalusto sends the request for information ("RFI") and asks you to respond by answering the questions in the RFI (Annex 1), and to provide information about your product portfolio which you would propose and offer during the potential later procurement process. Please submit the answers to the questions at the latest on 6th of September 2022. The questions and answers will be handled jointly with each participant in accordance with the principles set out here for the market dialogue event which will be held in September 2022. A supplier can decide which parts (or all) it want to answer based on its products and interests. We are hoping for answers to all parts of RFI from a supplier, but in the end, it is up to a supplier to decide. It is also possible to answer RFI but not to join the market dialogue event, if preferred by the supplier. MARKET DIALOGUE EVENT In the market dialogue, three (3) hours will be reserved with each participant. The market dialogues will be held remotely via MS-Teams. Below you will find a list of the times that can be selected. Please reserve the times that are suitable for you for each topic by notifying the suitable times by e-mail to Tuomo Pietilä [email protected]. We hope that you will propose the time that suits you at the latest by 8th of August 2022. It is preferred that several times are proposed by each supplier, if possible.
