Hankinnan lyhyt kuvausFinavia is looking to procure an Airport Operational Database (AODB) solution capable of capturing air traffic data used for operational management. Finavia, the Contracting Entity, aims to find a single AODB solution to meet the needs of Helsinki and 20 regional airports across Finland. The volume of operations varies significantly at different airports and seasons. This requires a modular software as a service based solution which can be adjusted in scope and functionality to meet the needs of each individual airport. One of Finavia's main strategical objectives is to increase efficiency in turnaround processes and reduce amount of manual work. Another strategical objective is to be data and cloud driven. Solution must be able to automatically process all the relevant data based on industry standards. This is prerequisite to enabling utilization of machine learning and advanced analytics for optimization and prediction. The procurement includes an option capable of billing aeronautical charges. It is not possible to offer only the Billing system. The selected Supplier will also provide ongoing system support services. The first phase of implementation is planned to begin in Q1/2022. The procurement documentation, including the draft Agreement, are available only against a duly filled-in and signed Non-Disclosure Undertaking. The NDU form is available in Tarjouspalvelu Supplier Portal for registered users. Registration to the Portal is free of charge. The participant shall send the filled-in and signed form to the Contracting Entity by email. Upon receipt of the duly signed NDU, the Contracting Entity provides a link to a secure download location, from where the Tenderer may download the material.
