Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus	GENERAL Fingrid Oyj, the Finnish national transmission system operator, is initiating this procurement process for one (1) 123 kV 30 MVar ester oil filled variable shunt reactor (VSR) with the intended delivery in year 2023 for Kontiolahti substation in Finland. Fingrid is asking Tenders for the delivery of one (1) 123 kV 30 MVar Variable ester-oil filled shunt reactor. The delivery of VSR, including all needed transportation and erections, will be performed as a turnkey delivery. The VSR delivery will be separate from the substation construction projects performed by other contractors, however, there is a need to coordinate the delivery of reactor with the construction work at site.
