| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The servers to be procured will replace Yle’s transmission playout video servers (Main and DR/Test sites), which are currently in the end of their planned lifecycle. The procurement can be divided into the following parts: 1) The video servers and their delivery, consisting of the servers themselves as well as the services required in order to take them into use, such as installation, configuration, testing, training and so forth delivered in cooperation with Yle’s other partners. 2) Continuous services, consisting of all the services necessary to maintain and support the operation of the servers and delivered in accordance with an SLA meeting Yle’s requirements for at most 5 years. 3) Additional expert services, consisting of all the expert services needed in addition to the services mentioned above. Yle is looking to obtain a video playout system which can do signal handling services internally instead of relying on separate video cards or devices as the current system does. |
