| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The object of the procurement is a solution for automated NGS whole-exome sequencing (WES) library preparation process with a defined and predictable weekly capacity, operated by a single operator during regular office working hours (Mon-Fri). The aim is to sequence a batch of samples every week to minimize the turn-around-time of the process. DNA isolation of the samples is not an object of this call; the expected WES process begins from readily isolated DNA samples. We estimate the total value of the solution to be 1 500 000 eur (phase 1). |
