| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Object of the procurement is a SaaS-based CRM software with customer sales cases management and marketing automation operations, implementation project, necessary integrations, migration from current systems, support, solution maintenance and further development services. Consultation of the new sales and marketing processes and “train the trainers” service is also an essential part of the procurement. Helsinki Partners has defined the smallest possible first-stage CRM implementation package for which it requests a fixed price tender. However, the conversions of the current systems can be offered time and money based but to be implemented as a part of the Delivery Project. The goal for completing the implementation project is the end of August 2022. The maximum price for the Delivery Project is 50 000 euros. In addition, the procurement involves further development of the CRM which means mainly integration or coaching work which is to be defined after the first stage project is implemented. The work can be done based on fixed price or on time and money pricing but that is to be agreed separately. |
