| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | DevPlat is a joint initiative of Business Finland (BF) and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland (MFA) that helps Finnish companies, and their partners develop sustainable business with impact and access global funding in developing market. DevPlat seeks to improve sustainable growth and well-being in Finland and developing countries through new solutions co-created by the private sector and other stakeholders in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The MEL consultancy is expected to provide support in the following I. Support in strengthening the MEL Framework for DevPlat that meets the requirements of both the BF and the MFA. Work should build on the existing Impact Logic developed for DevPlat. II. Support DevPlat in implementing the MEL Framework, including defining a data collection system, providing support in data collection and reporting, carrying out assessment and analyses, carrying out monitoring missions to target countries. The consultant is expected to work in close cooperation with the MFA and BF DevPlat team and support the team in strengthening and implementing the MEL framework. The consultant is expected to support the DevPlat team in developing a monitoring framework that meets the requirements of both the MFA and BF. An Impact Logic has been developed for DevPlat that defines key inputs, activities, outputs, outcomes, and impact. An initial results framework is also included in the original project document for DevPlat. These serve as starting points for the assignment. The consultancy includes following tasks/themes: -MEL framework -Data collection system -Support in Monitoring -Reporting -Learnings -Synergies with other funding instruments -Other possible consultancy tasks -MEL Plan The background of the procurement, the objective of the procurement and the tasks/themes included in the consultancy assignments are described in more detail in the Annex 2 Service Description. |
