| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The National Audit Office of Finland (“the contracting authority”) is preparing a procurement of a new audit management system and is conducting a market consultation with suppliers interested in delivering the system. With this Request for Information, the contracting authority requests for registrations for the market dialogue. The purpose of this Request for Information is to obtain comprehensive information about the current audit management solutions available on the market. This notification is neither a tendering request, a procurement notice nor an invitation to a negotiated procedure. Hence, the contracting authority does not request any offers or tenders by this notification. This notification, as well as responding to it, does not create any obligations for the contracting authority or for the suppliers responding to it. For the sake of clarity, the contracting authority will not pay any compensation for companies responding to it. Interested companies are asked to contact by e-mail at [email protected] to receive the material related to the Request for Information. The e-mail must be marked as: "Request for Information: Audit Management Systems". The Request for Information does not oblige the contracting authority to carry out the procurement. |
