| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The procurement object is an evaluation. In this evaluation, the evaluators are to assess the suitability and impact of the currently used ecosystem funding instruments and partnership model with relation to the set strategic goals. The previous evaluation of BF’s ecosystem operations “World class ecosystems in the Finnish economy” was conducted in 2020. As part of this evaluation, an impact framework was prepared for the evaluation of all kinds of business ecosystems in their different maturity phases and irrespective of the used support instrument(s). This evaluation assessing the impact and prerequisites of success for the three selected ecosystem instruments is to be based on this impact framework. Additions or minor refinements to the framework are possible. The scope of this procurement is described more in detail in the procurement documents, especially annex 1. |
