Object, Joint administration of Finland’s representations 1.1) The Joint Administration of Finland’s representations in Brussels is providing the administrative services for the three Finnish diplomatic Missions in Brussels/Belgium. The Permanent Representation to the EU represents Finland in negotiations that take place in the Council of the European Union. The Embassy of Finland represents Finland in Belgium and offers its services to all the Finnish people in Belgium. 1.2) Office area: 3000 sqm. There are 120 persons working in the Permanent Representation/Embassy daily, the pro-vider for cleaning services needs to assess the need of cleaning materials according to that information. 1.3.) Cleaning Time: 8 hours 5 times a week / cleaning and maintenance of facilities should be carried out at 8:30-16:45 on weekdays (Monday to Friday) as mentioned in annex 2 (Task list Office cleaning) 2. Object, Residence of the Permanent Representative to the EU 2.1) Ambassador’s residence: 500 sqm 2.2) Cleaning Time: cleaning 5 hours 5 times a week should be carried out at 8:30-16:45 on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and as agreed. 3. Object, Residence of the Ambassador 3.1) Ambassador's residence: 300 sqm 3.2) Cleaning Time: cleaning 4,5 hours twice a week and garment maintenance 3 hours twice a week should be carried out at 8:30-16:45 on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and as agreed. 4.
