Hankinnan lyhyt kuvausTuomi Logistiikka hereby announces a notification for market consultation. This is neither a contract notice, nor a call for competition. The market consultation is aimed to increase the market awareness and understanding of the contracting authority about the services available within the market. It also pursues to enable service providers and potential tenderers to discover new service innovations in co-operation with the contracting authority. The subject of the forthcoming market consultation is the procurement of gastroenterology equipment. This is a joint procurement between Pirkanmaa Hospital District, Kanta-Häme Hospital District and South Ostrobothnia Hospital District, with Tuomi Logistiikka acting as a contracting authority. The market consultation will be carried out in an interactive manner online. The duration of this online market consultation is approximately 4 weeks. The market consultation will be divided into different phases, each of which will have its specific topic. Discussions are held entirely through an online tool/platform. Further instructions and advice will follow. One of the most fundamental objectives for carrying out this market consultation and dialogue is to find new and innovative approaches and practices to procure gastroenterology equipment as a service. The hospitals and contracting authority combined have identified a more profound need for a comprehensive and service-oriented supply of the goods with emphasis on the steady supply and availability of the goods, as well as the capability to continuously train and support the medical staff. Correct and appropriate use of the equipment and availability of the goods are vital in ensuring effective procedures and processes throughout the treatment chains. Tuomi Logistiikka also reserves the right to continue dialogue subsequently with each potential vendor if necessary. These discussions will be carried out via Microsoft Teams or other such remote access platforms. Participation in this market consultation is not chargeable, and it is nonbinding for any of the parties involved. Tuomi Logistiikka as a contracting authority is not liable to execute/implement the actual procurement based on this announcement. We also kindly note that while this notification is in English, the actual call for competition will be composed in Finnish. The market consultation can be conducted in either Finnish or English, depending on the participant’s preferences. We kindly ask you to register for the market consultation by sending an e-mail to [email protected] no later than January 3rd, 12.00 CET. Please state the subject as ”Tuomi Logistiikka, Gastroenterologiset tarvikkeet”, along with the name of the participant(s), your organization and a return address to which we can send some preview materials. The materials will be sent to registered participants by January 5th at the latest. The market consultation online dialogue will commence 10th of January.
