| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Veikkaus is aiming to procure a comprehensive DevOps platform. In short, the platform should have at least the following capabilities: • GIT based source code management • Artefact storage for most common languages and frameworks (including docker image registry) • CI/CD features for creating end-to-end pipelines. The comprehensive list of features can be obtained from the Annex 2 - DevOps platform requirements. It should be noted that Veikkaus will own all rights to the data stored in the platform. This procurement and the delivery must contain the following aspects: • Licenses to operate the software to the required number of users • All costs and effort related to hosting the service (no additional hosting related costs are allowed) • Supporting services and regular updates of the software and its infrastructure • Introduction material and best practice documents Aspects that are allowed to be billed outside the licensing costs are fees that are generated based on Veikkaus' materialized use of resources. Examples of such additional fees are data storage (Veikkaus doesn't allow the amount the data to be stored to be limited) and the use of prominent and exceptional use computational power. The vendor needs to prove that such use based features generate significant costs to the vendor based on the Veikkaus' use of the platform. These costs can be then transferred to Veikkaus with no or at maximum a fair margin. All of the use based costs need to be explicitly listed in the offer. The additional costs are not counted into the price used to compare vendors. Veikkaus requires also specialist help in using, configuring etc. to be acquirable via this procurement on a day-to-day basis. The price of specialist services is not counted in the price used to compare vendors in this procurement. It should be also noted that Veikkaus does not commit to any levels of use of the specialist services. |
