| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Please see Appendix 1 for more details of the procurement. The purpose of this procurement is to select two (2) suppliers to a framework contract. The Customer may acquire projects of less than EUR 30,000 in value directly from the framework contract supplier that is considered most suitable for the service requirements. A simple questioning on resources and capabilities often precede the choice of the most suitable contract supplier. Competitive tendering among the framework contract suppliers shall be arranged in case of an assignment worth more than EUR 30,000. In assignments of over EUR 30,000 in value, Business Finland will send both chosen suppliers a simple Call for tenders and define openly which grounds will be used to choose the best tender. |
