| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Finnvera procures for a country risk assessment tool for analyzing risks in projects for which Finnvera grants export guarantees. The object of the procurement is a research and analysis database which allows users to understand the country risks. The database must contain economic, political and market data regarding different countries. The database must cover sector regulation data, regarding e.g. telecommunication, energy and mining, and market news. Economic data must include macroeconomic forecasts and balance of payments data. The service should also include analysis that is done by the services provider and includes risk evaluations/ratings for various risk factors for each country: political risks, macroeconomic risks, foreign exchange/ currency transfer risks etc. The database must have country reports (preferably printable), including summary and highlights sections. It must also contain continuously updated news reports. The country information should be customizable, e.g. users will be able to sort the data by the update date (latest date first in the list). The service should include regular e-mail newsletters and alerts based on individual interest. The platform must be user-friendly. The database must have a global coverage (incl. all independent nations) and especially have in-depth data from all emerging markets, e.g. Africa, Middle East, Asia, Latin America, Russia, CIS and smaller economies such as Caribbean islands. |
