| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Widefield High throughput microscope will be acquired to The Institute for Molecular Medicine Finland (FIMM), HiLIFE, University of Helsinki. The maximum net price of the tender is 120 000 € excluding VAT. *The system must be a HT microscope with bright field and fluorescence imaging at the largest possible part of the spectrum at least for four most commonly used fluorescent dyes (blue, green, red, far red). *The supplier must take full responsibility for the functioning system of the delivered equipment including all needed software development and other costs related to the integration of third-party instruments. *The instrument must be equipped with an efficient and fast laser autofocus system in addition to an image based focusing option *The system must have a solid state light source with a minimum of 20000 hour lifespan *The system has to be a motorized automated microscope with an objective turret with minimum of 4 places, 5 slots for fluorescence filters which are changable by the user. *The system must have 4 objectives and have the properties as below or similar: - 4x, 10x, 20x, 40x *All additional specifications for system installation and usage must be specified. The offer must indicate the details about requirements (specific dark room, table, and e.g. electricity, ventilation/cooling, or gas, oxygen (CO2, O2) supply). *System must include a high sensitivity color CCD or CMOS camera, min. 4.5x4.5 µm sensor pixelsize *Motorized stage must be linearly coded and have a repositioning precision <= ±25 nm on the X, Y & Z axes. *System must include hardware based brightfield imaging *The system must have warranty with one preventive maintenance once a year at least for 12 months. *The footprint of the system should be under 25'' in width, 35'' in lenght to fit into the labspace available *The screening system should include environmental control (CO2, O2, humidity and temperature with 0,5 C increments) *An integrated control unit and computer system suitable for the microscope hardware/software handling must be described and included. Specify the hardware and provide additional options for RAM and storage space configuration and extensibility in the future. *A good quality monitor with a size of at least 27 inches allowing image visualization must be included. The specifications of the monitor must be included. *User-friendly acquisition and analysis software for images (also from multiwell plates such as 384-well plate or arrays) must be included in the price. *The policy for software upgrades and their pricing must be included. Critical and security upgrades/updates for the software for a functional system must be included in the tender for the lifetime of the system. *Images and metadata must be archivable to network storage in original format. The acquisition (or analysis) software must have exporting option for images at least in 16-bit TIFF format. The analysis software must be able to export also the analysis results. |
