| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | BACKGROUND The objective of the procurement is - To sign a procurement agreement with one supplier for deliveries of iodine-125 ophthalmic seeds needed by HUS within time limits set out in the procurement agreement - To sign a procurement agreement with one supplier for deliveries of ruthenium-106 eye applicators needed by HUS within time limits set out in the procurement agreement The combined annual value of purchases is approx. 65,000.00 euros (VAT 0 %). According to the initial timetable the invitation to tender will be published in November 2021 and the objective is that procurement agreements could be signed in early 2022. PRIOR INFORMATION NOTICE HUS requests candidates to provide information on the iodine-125 seeds and/or the ruthenium-106 applicators included in their product portfolios, that might be offered in the procurement procedure. HUS also requests candidates to send their comments regarding the procurement. HUS requests that candidates send their product portfolio descriptions and other comments by email to [email protected] by 30 September 2021 at latest. HUS also invites candidates to present their product portfolios and discuss the upcoming invitation to tender in candidate specific market consultation meetings. These meetings will be held as teleconferences through MS Teams program on times listed below. Meeting times will be reserved in the order of applications by email to [email protected] by 12.00 o’clock on 30 September 2021. Possible times for market consultation meetings are: 6 October 2021, 14.00-15.00 o’clock 7 October 2021, 14.00-15.00 o’clock 13 October 2021, 14.00-15.00 o’clock Candidates are not reimbursed for answering the prior information notice or participating in the market consultation. The information gathered with the prior information notice will be used to prepare procurement documents. For the sake of clarity, HUS states that answering to the prior information notice does not constitute such preparatory activity for a procurement that this would preclude the candidate from submitting a tender to invitation to tender (see section 66 of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts). |
