Hankinnan lyhyt kuvausThe required minimum features: • 6 U (or 6+ U) platform • ADCS with 0.1 degrees pointing accuracy • 2 U of available payload volume • 6 DOF propulsion system • Deployable solar panels • S-band and X-band o S-band downlink frequency range from 2.245 to 2.290 GHz o S-band uplink frequency range from 2.070 to 2.110 GHz o X-band downlink frequency range from 6.700 to 7.075 GHz o All the polarisations shall be switchable • Shall have S-band antennas on multiple sides on the satellite for redundancy • S-band and X-band shall be able to transmit simultaneously • 18 months of minimum flight heritage without malfunctions for total platform (i.e. must have flown as an integrated platform system without any losses involving a subsystem nor a loss of payload, or a total mission loss) • 36 months of nominal lifetime guaranteed for the total integrated 6 U platform • Delivery time for the total platform less than 6 months • Guaranteed support for a minimum of 36 months for a predetermined price • Spares (parts and subsystems) shall have delivery time less than 4 weeks • The platform shall be able to communicate with the payloads using one or more well-defined and known busses and protocols • Each subsystem shall have verified documentation of nominal functionality for a minimum period of 18 months • Each subsystem shall have verified space-qualified & launch-qualified testing performed and documented • Sufficient electrical power available for payloads (peak, average, continuous, actual values TBD) while retaining full operability of the satellite platform. Please provide information of available power values. In addition, the following features are requested if available: • Cold gas propulsion system that utilises the tuna can volume to further increase the propellant amount • 120 g or more of propellant, and if available the possibility to utilise the tuna can volume in order to maximise available propellant • On-site assistance within 7 days of request • Ka-band with a downlink frequency range from 25.5–27.0 GHz, 31.5–31.8 GHz & 37.5–39.5 GHz • Deployable non-magnetic boom which shall accommodate a mass • Passive mechanism for de-orbiting (i.e. high-TRL drag devices) • Software on-board the platform is configurable or even updatable during flight • Please provide more information on available field busses (e.g. CAN, RS-485, Ethernet) and protocols (e.g. CSP, UAVCAN, TCP/IP)
