| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The scope of the procurement are brokerage services (including OTC) related to cryptocurrencies. As the currencies are constantly developed, the applicant is expected to be able to cover the most common currencies, such as Bitcoin, Bitcoin Gold, and Bitcoin Cash, and agree to add more currencies to their list if so mutually agreed. The term of the agreement is two (2) years, which may be followed by two (2) optional years. Applicants to the negotiations will be chosen based on their answers regarding e.g. references and quality assurance. The final and binding bid will be subjected to price and quality criteria, as well as scoring. The estimated weight of quality points is 50-80 %. |
