| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Micronova cleanroom front end.LPCVD furnace is for front end 200 mm and 150 mm wafer processing including the following processes: • LPCVD Low-Temperature Oxide (Silicon dioxide) LTO • LPCVD (Phosphorus-Silicate Glass) PSG • LPCVD (Boron doped Phosphorus-Silicate Glass) BPSG, to be possibly added later. The required properties are low and controllable particle level, small footprint.
