| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | City of Riihimäki is using Workplace and needs workplace advanced licenses for the next four (4) years. Workplace is an online platform created by Facebook that allows users to collaborate and share information at work. The Workplace platform includes the Workplace Essential, Advanced and Enterprise websites, apps and related online services. City of Riihimäki is calling for tenders for these licenses. Estimated amount of personnel using the licenses is about 1500-1600. The amount of users can change during this 4 years of time. The grounds for comparison is based on the logic of economically most advantageous tender, in which scoring emphasizes price 100%. The comparison based on price is possible due to the minimum requirements for objects of procurement. The contract period will be four (4) years and there is possibility to extend the contract period with one (1) additional year. If there are more than one winning tender (tenders have exact same price / score) the winning tender will be drawn. Lottery / drawing is an accepted practice by case law. |
