Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus	As lead part of the project, the Kvarken Council - European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation (EGTC) is to procure an investigation of local/regional supply-chains and logistics solutions for battery production. This will be carried out in close cooperation with the project partners and owners of the project; Municipality of Skellefteå and their business-development department (SWE), Kokkola region business and development company Ltd (KOSEK - FI), Vaasa region business and development company Ltd (VASEK - FI) and Rana Region development company (Rana Utvikling - NO). These partners/owners will also form the steering and evaluation-group for the work carried out in the project. The procured consultant is expected to have continuous status meetings with the project reference group. The task consists of two main parts. We estimate the scope to be about 750 hours in total.
