Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Fortum Heating & Cooling Finland is planning to renew its customer management IT capabilities. We are looking for an IT solution or set of solutions which would be fit for purpose and cost efficient. We value standard cloud based solutions fulfilling the needs of an energy retailer acting on Finnish market. Target is also to increase process efficiency, automate manual steps and improve workflow transparency and control. Current customer base is 8000 district heating connections, of which 6000 B2B customers and ca. 2000 consumer customers located in Espoo, Kauniainen and Kirkkonummi areas. Invoicing volumes are about 100 000 invoices per annum of which 17% paper invoices.
