| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) The purpose of this RFI is to collect information about available services, technical details and prices regarding an Online Production Base for Drama and Multi-Camera Production Planning, Management and Script Writing. OBJECT OF RFI The Service Yle is looking for should provided as a SaaS-solution that has at least the following features: - possibility to import/ export scripts from 3rd party software (eg. Movie magic, Writersduet) - possibility to write simple drama scripts on the base - possibility to write rundowns from start to finish. - possibility to filter rundown cameras, speakers etc. - possibility to filter various props, set ups, costumes etc according to production dates and scenes. - possibility to schedule the production for various members of the crew: actors, hosts, make up, costumes etc. - possibility to export the script to cue cards and teleprompters - possibility to log in and count times according to users' needs. - possibility to modify user interface based on a user role and needs - possibility to access the script/ rundown with a link and QR-code - several levels of access rights for production crew eg. admin / write / read only HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN RFI Interested suppliers are asked to answer the questions in this RFI and leave their response through the Hanki -eTendering tool by 7.7.2021 12.00 (Finnish time). Link is provided in this announcement. Yle will review the responses and if necessary, will have a second round of discussions with participants most suitable to the need. Note: With this RFI Yle is not asking for offers. In addition, it is not necessary to reply this RFI in order to later participate in the possible procurement procedure. |
