| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Large-N (number) array instrumentation for seismic active and passive seismic observations. 600 nodes, with an option to purchase 0-600 more, i.e., altogether up to 1200 nodes. The instrumentation is meant for registering and storing data originating from various types of seismic sources in wide frequency band. Depending on the experiment, the data are for example to be used for 3D modeling of geological structures, such as ore deposits, faults and intrusions using active-source imaging and/or passive seismic methods (e.g. seismic interferometry methods). The equipment could be also used for microseismic monitoring. Typically, development of the seismic imaging methods is one key reason for the data acquisition. |
