The NMR was purchased/updated 2015 after publishing a transparent, official notification of an intention to buy the aforesaid instrument, via Hilma portal (2015-019621) and TED-Tenders Daily, supplement to the official journal of the EU. University of Turku and Åbo Akademi University were, and are again concerning this direct award notice, jointly acting as buyers and University of Turku is also making this notification on behalf of Åbo Akademi University. |
