| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | GTK is planning to acquire The Laboratory Automation System operated with the help of a robot (‘MintecRobo’), which makes the analysis of different kinds of crushed (<5mm) ores, rock material, slags, ashes and other solid materials fully automatically. Analysed solid materials will be inserted into the MintecRobo as dried samples. Elemental Analysis of prepared samples is made using WDXRF equipment, mineralogical samples are analysed with XRD instrument and Carbon analysis is made with C,S combustion analyzer. MintecRobo will also be used in the analysis of different liquids, mainly process waters and similar, being minor part of the sample analysis. Samples are coming from Mineral Processing Pilot Plant (GTK Mintec), Bench Scale Process Laboratory, Mini Pilot, Exploration and ore potential evaluation projects and other GTK’s internal and external projects. GTK Mintec has up to 12 different big projects and several tens of smaller projects annually. For most of the samples, speed is of essence along with the analytical accuracy and reproducibility. On the other hand, there are samples for research purposes into which MintecRobo shall be able to give as accurate results as possible analysis speed being less important. The scope and objective of the public contract is to procure One (1) modular automation cell as a turn-key solution/EPC contract which contains all the necessary items in order for the MintecRobo to be fully automatically operational for the multiple sample types. The above mentioned competition and its content is preliminary and it may change. |
